RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Final Sale
All purchases are final sale and thus, once an order is processed by Maury Microwave they may not be returned for credit or exchange except as covered by the Limited Warranty.
Exceptional Circumstances
Maury Microwave will accept returns for refund or exchange, for damaged item(s), defective item(s) or if an error on our behalf. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at sales@maurymw.com to alert us of the damage or if the item(s) received was not as ordered. Maury Microwave will then send you a ‘return authorization number’ to be included with your returning item(s). Upon receipt of the item(s) we will ship you a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund you the full purchase price of the item(s).
Exchanges (if applicable)
Maury Microwave only replaces item(s) if they are defective, damaged or not as ordered. Subject to availability.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item(s) is/are received, inspected and a replacement item is not available, Maury Microwave will send you a return confirmation email and the current status. If a refund is in order, Maury Microwave will issue a credit back to the original method of payment, within 5 business days.
