Stability Analysis of Microwave Circuits


STAN is a revolutionary stability analysis technique for microwave circuits, valid for small-signal and large-signal operating conditions. This technique is able to detect and determine the nature of oscillations, such as parametric oscillations in power amplifiers that can be a function of the input drive signal, for example. Knowledge of the type of oscillation facilitates the addition of stabilization networks, with a better balance between the required oscillation avoidance and maintaining the original circuit performances.

The STAN stability analysis technique is patented by CNES and University of Bilbao and exclusively offered for sale as an IVCAD module.
