Application Note on Behavioral Model Extraction Using EPHD Methodology

Maury Microwave and AMCAD Engineering have released their latest technical paper regarding behavioral model extraction for advanced amplifier design.
Article "High Efficiency Doherty Power Amplifier Design using Enhanced Poly-Harmonic Distortion (EPHD) Model" covers the theory of existing PHD model extraction techniques, the next-generation Enhanced PHD (EPHD) model extraction technique, and the simulation of high-efficiency Doherty PA design and simulation using these techniques.
