Maury Microwave offers a
variety of device characterization solutions that meet the
needs of RF and microwave design, model verification, test
and measurement users. From test fixtures to complete
on-wafer probe station setups, from Noise Parameter and
S-Parameter measurements to Wi-Fi, bluetooth and WLAN
modeling, Maury has a solution that can be tailored to your
exact needs.
The solutions we offer are
built around a combination of Windows® compatible
software and electro-mechanical or solid state hardware. The
heart of Maury's PC based application software is the SNPW
program. The SNPW program automates measurement of
RF/microwave devices, and can be ordered in packaged
configurations that cover a wide range of applications.

Packages
 Power Characterization Application (MT993A)
Includes a built-in general purpose S-Parameter measurement program and Dynamic
Pre-Matching function.
 Noise Characterization Application (MT993B)
Includes a built-in general purpose S-Parameter measurement program and Dynamic
Pre-Matching function.
 Power and Noise Characterization Application (MT993C). See MT993A.
This package combines MT993A and MT993B applications.
 IMD/ACP Option (MT993D)
The MT993D option adds an intermodulation distortion and an adjacent channel power measurement application to the MT993A/C.
 Oscillator Characterization Option (MT993D02)
The MT993D02 option adds an oscillator characterization application to the MT993A/C.

Control Option (MT993F)
The MT993F option
provides automated switching between noise, power, IMD, ACP,
DC I-V curves, and S-parameter measurements from a single
setup.

I-V Curve Option (MT993G)
The MT993G option
provides for automatic mesurement and display of device DC
current-voltage curves for FET or bipolar devices.
 Harmonic
Source/Load Pull Option (MT993H)
The MT993H option
allows load pull measurements to be done independantly at
the fundamental, 2nd harmonic and 3rd harmonic
frequencies.
 Enhanced Graphics Option (MT993N07)
The MT993N07 option allows users to customize their graphical displays to show swept data on a rectangular graph and contour data in 2-D or 3-D countours using Surfer, a third party graphics software pagkage.

Analysis Software (MT993P)
The MT993P option is
a stand-alone version of MT993C, which can display and
analyze measured data, but cannot be used to make new
measurements. It allows users to analyze data from existing
measurements on a stand-alone PC, and frees their test setup
to continue making additional new measurements.
 Contour Caculation DLL (MT993V01)
The MT993V01 option is a
software package that caculates a data value for an
arbitrary reflection coefficient from a contour data set. It
also adds interpolated tuning capability to the MT993V02
Tuner Driver DLL.
 Tuner Driver DLL (MT993V02)
The MT993V02 option is a software package that provides basic tuner control to the MT993A/BC through which users can initialize tuners and control all tuner movements, read tuner files, move tuners to desired impedances from tuner files, and (if the MT993V01 Contour Calculation DLL is available) move tuners to any desired interpolated impedances from the tuner files.
 Fixture Characterization and S-Parameter Measurement Software (MT956D)
The MT956D is a software
de-embedding tool which works as a network analyzer control
program that automatically measures general purpose network
parameters and, depending on the features of the fixture,
measure or calculate the input and output halves of a test
fixture or probe station using a full 2-port or two 1-port
calibrations.
