Solid State Noise Parameter Test System

Description

The NP system consists of hardware and software, RF cabling for measurement interconnects, accessories, installation and training. The system covers a frequency range of 300 MHz to 40 GHz in modular design with full upgrade compatibility. Three configurations (listed in the tables below) are currently offered. You may purchase a configuration as listed or as part of a complete turnkey solution. Complete turnkey solutions include Agilent VNA's, PNA's, NFA's and other instruments. We can tailor a bundle solution of Agilent and Maury equipment to meet your specific application requirements.
