The Maury Windows® 98/2000/XP compatible MT993D02 Oscillator Characterization option adds the capability to measure oscillator power output, frequency, and other parameters for all of the measurement types that are available in the MT993A power characterization application.
Figure 6-1 shows a typical power block diagram with the oscillator measurement application in active mode.
