Features • 0.002 to 18.0 GHz • GPIB Controlled • 1.5:1 Maximum VSWR Description When used with Maury's automated tuners (MT980 series) and system control software (MT993F), the MT988C system control unit provides for automated mode switching between S-parameter, Noise, Power, Intermodulation Distortion (IMD), Adjacent Channel Power (ACP) measurement, and DC IV curves. Each unit contains all the RF switches and circuitry needed to allow full GPIB-controlled automatic mode switching to any measurement function. Because all switching is contained in a single unit, only one easy RF setup (and only one connection) is needed to perform complete calibration and device testing.
