Pressurizing System for Cryogenic Noise Terminations -
MT152A Pressurizing
Systems for Cryogenic Noise Terminations MT152A Description Maury cryogenic
terminations require the user to provide helium gas at 2 psi
to purge the coaxial or waveguide transmission line
(connecting the cooled termination to the output connector)
of contaminants (air, carbon dioxide, etc.) prior to filling
the dewar with liquid nitrogen. The MT152A pressurizing
system is designed to provide proper pressure regulation of
the helium supply. The system consists of a two-stage
pressure regulator that is preset to provide 2 to 3 psi
output pressure, a safety pressure relief valve set to 4
psi, necessary fittings, and an 8 foot hose to connect the
helium supply to the termination. MT152A *PDF (Portable Document Format) files can be viewed with Adobe® Acrobat Reader.
