The innovative new ultra-high matching range tuner is targeted for GSM/EDGE, WCDMA, WiFi, and WiMax development in an on-wafer or in-fixture environment. With several installations at Tier 1 foundries and wireless chipset developers, the HGT™ has fundamentally changed the way in which advanced Si, GaAs, and GaN processes are characterized

Utilizing Maurys legendary proprietary precision machining capability, the HGT™ is available spanning all standard wireless protocols from 825 MHz to 6 GHz, with a typical VSWR specification of 200:1. Based on the industry-standard USB interface, the HGT™ mates with Maurys industry-leading Interactive Loadpull Environment, ATS 4.00, or Maurys Tuner Automation Environment, for DLL-based applications. Provided as a total solution, the HGT™ is available with optional low-loss wafer probes and cabling to provide the ultimate in ultra-high VSWR on-wafer loadpull.
