Maury Microwave Corporation Announces The Release of ATS 4.00 Device Characterization Software

ONTARIO, California, June 1, 2005

Maury Microwave Corporation today announced the release of ATS 4.00, the most advanced device characterization software in the world. Over 50 new capabilities have been added, including an advanced multi-dimensional sweep plan, an electrothermal memory characterization tool, and migration of ATN noise parameter extraction algorithms. In addition, ATS 4.00 was subject to enterprise-class QA and rigorous regression procedures to ensure stable and reliable operation. John F. Sevic, Director of Device Characterization at Maury commented ‘… ATS 4.00 represents the most significant improvement to ATS since the windows release in 2000. We’ve listened to our customers and given them the most advanced, easy-to-use, and reliable device characterization software in the world.’ Dr. Ali Boudiaf , Solid-State Tuner Products Manger, added ‘… with the implementation of the ATN’s data post processing algorithms into ATS software, Maury customers can enjoy having state of the art tools to assess measured noise parameter data without relying on out-dated legacy ATN software.

ATS 4.00 will be officially released at the 2005 IEEE International Microwave Symposium in Long Beach California the week of June 13. See live demo’s of several advanced capabilities of ATS 4.00 in our booth and plan on attending our User’s Group Meeting for a live introduction to ATS 4.00.
