Gary Simpson Named Director of Technical Development in Engineering at Maury

Maury Microwave Corporation has promoted Gary Simpson to Director of Technical Development in Engineering. In this capacity, Gary will lead product development efforts and participate in software development along with providing technical support for all product development. Gary has been pivotal to the success and development of Maury's Automated Tuner System.
Maury President, Marc A. Maury, made the following statement. "Long ago, Gary took ownership of our ATS line of products and made it his mission to provide our customers with the best device characterization system available. He has travelled world wide visiting customers and developing his skills and is now considered an expert in the field of device characterization measurement technology and techniques. Our Device Characterization Team has grown over the past several years and will continue to grow as this market expands. We are fortunate to have Gary guiding our team in our quest to become the world leader in this market."
Gary joined Maury Microwave as Engineering Manager in October of 1982. At the time he joined Maury, Gary had ten years of experience in the fields of microwave circuit design and automated testing. He has a BSET from DeVry Institute in Phoenix, Arizona and an MSEE from Arizona State University.
