Maury Microwave Corporation Completes ISO 9001:2000 Registration Process
Maury Microwave Corporation crossed the finish line on the road to completing its ISO 9001:2000 registration process. Maury passed the registration audit with high marks on February 27, and was a certificate of registration under the ISO 9001:2000 standard was issued today by SGS International Certification Services, Inc. of Rutherford, New Jersey. This certification is good for a period of three years. Maury's Quality Assurance Manager, Greg Maury, and a team of internal ISO process auditors will ensure that the company maintains its processes according to the ISO standard. As of Friday, February 23, 2002 there were 40,369 companies in the United States registered to ISO 9001/2. Of these only 568 were registered to the 2000 Standard. This places Maury Microwave Corporation in the first 1.5 percent to earn ISO 9001/2:2000 registration nationwide.
