The latest release of Maury Microwave's unparalleled Device Characterization Software (ATS v5.00) furthers the development of the comprehensive suite of device characterization tools that have proven to be so popular with users in the previous versions. A significant number of new features and enhancements ensures that ATS v5.00 continues to meet the evolving needs of the RF and microwave design, model verification, test and measurement community. From test fixtures to complete on-wafer probe station setups, from Noise Parameter and S-Parameter measurements to Wi-Fi, bluetooth and WLAN modeling, Maury has a solution that can be tailored to your exact needs.

The heart of Maury's ATS software suite is the SNPW program. The SNPW program automates measurement of RF/microwave devices, and can be ordered in packaged configurations that cover a wide range of applications.

ATS v5.00 New Features and Functions
IMPROVED GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE (GUI)
Enables first-time users and experienced users alike an easier path to enhanced productivity. In the new GUI, USB-enabled tuners are reflected as distinct objects, eliminating the tuner controller as a requirement. (Tuner controller support is maintained for backward compatibility with legacy systems.)
INTERACTIVE TUNER CONTROL
The legacy tuner controller has been replaced with an Interactive Tuner Control GUI which allows all tuner functions to be directly accessed and modified by the user. From this GUI, fundamental and harmonic tuner impedance constellations can be directly viewed, along with tuner input and output embedding blocks, multiplexer blocks and termination blocks.
POWERFUL NEW HARMONIC LOADPULL METHOD
This all-new feature is an ultra-fast calibration option that permits harmonic loadpull with CASCADED TUNERS and eliminates the need for diplexers or multiplexers. With this method, tuners can be brought up for measurements in minutes while still offering the customary density of 1,000 or more impedance points.
EXTENDED NOISE CHARACTERIZATION SWEEP PLAN
This improved feature Sweeps both device bias and frequency simultaneously during noise parameter extraction, enabling rapid parameter extraction and model verification.
INTERACTIVE DRIVE MANAGER
ATS v5.00 includes an interactive drive manager to monitor and manage all instruments from a single tool.
