Michael R. Keys (Mike) is the Vice President of Strategic Operations at Maury Microwave Corporation. His appointment to that position in May of 2007 was part of a general reorganization of the company that began in April of 2006. At that time Mike had been Vice President of Operations for several years, and his selection to fill the top position in Strategic Development and Operations met a need that had become increasingly important as the company grew. His appointment also recognized that in many ways Mike had been a major contributor to the company's strategic planning for many years.

Mike left Maury in 1998 after serving for 19 years as Vice President of Manufacturing/Operations, and purchased a small business in Lake Havasa, AZ. In June of 2002, at the urging of then President and CEO, Marc A. Maury, he rejoined the company's management team as Director of Engineering Operations. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2004.

Mike first started working at the company's Rancho Cucamonga site in May of 1978. He came to Maury from Daily Instruments, a small manufacturing firm in Anaheim, California where he was the Production Manager. Prior to his work at Daily, Mike was Superintendent of the Experimental Factory at General Dynamics Pomona Division in Pomona, California.

Mike has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of LaVerne and a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
