Michael Howo is the Chief Financial Officer at Maury Microwave Corporation. He joined the Maury team in November of 2005, to fill the critically important CFO position just as the company was entering the final phase of a five year succession planning effort. As CFO, Michael plays a central role in establishing the company's direction as it heads into its second half-century of operation. He brings over fifteen years of corporate and public accounting experience to his position, and is an energetic manager whose leadership provides the solid business foundation the company needs to continue growing and thriving.

Michael came to Maury from Teridian Semiconductor Corp. (formerly TDK Semiconductor Corporation) of Irvine, California where he was the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that he was CFO/Controller for Airport Group International, Inc. (AGI) of Glendale, California. He began his career as a Staff Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick, Los Angeles.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
